Abstract

The improvement of educational personnel competence in managing school
administration is an essential aspect of enhancing the quality and effectiveness of
educational services. The development of digital technology has transformed
administrative management systems, requiring educational staff to possess
adequate technological skills. This community service program aims to improve
the competence of educational personnel through training on technology-based
school administration management. The activity was conducted to provide
knowledge, practical skills, and assistance in utilizing digital tools for managing
school administrative tasks effectively and efficiently. The implementation method
involved several stages, including initial observation, preparation of training
materials, implementation of training activities, practical exercises, and
evaluation. The training materials included digital document management,
electronic data archiving, administrative reporting systems, and the use of
technology applications to support school management. Participants were actively
involved in discussions, simulations, and direct practices to develop their ability to
apply technology in daily administrative activities.The results of the program
showed that the training contributed positively to improving participants’
understanding and skills in managing technology-based school administration.
Educational personnel demonstrated increased ability in organizing digital
documents, managing administrative data, and utilizing technology to support
more systematic and accurate school services. In addition, the program
encouraged the creation of a more efficient and transparent administrative work
culture. This community service activity concludes that technology-based
administrative management training is an effective strategy for strengthening the
professional competence of educational personnel. Continuous assistance and
development programs are needed to ensure the sustainability of digital
transformation in school administration. The implementation of technology-based
management is expected to support better educational governance and improve
the overall quality of school services.
