Peningkatan Kompetensi Digital Pendidik melalui Pelatihan Pemanfaatan Teknologi Pembelajaran dalam Mendukung Transformasi Pendidikan

Abstract

This community service activity aimed to improve educators’ digital competencies
through training on the utilization of learning technologies to support educational
transformation. The program was conducted using a participatory training
approach consisting of needs assessment, workshops, hands-on practice,
mentoring, and evaluation. Participants were introduced to various digital
learning platforms, interactive media, and learning management systems to
enhance teaching effectiveness and student engagement. The evaluation employed
pre-test and post-test instruments, observation, and participant feedback
questionnaires to measure the improvement of digital competence and training
effectiveness. The results indicated a significant increase in participants’
understanding and skills in utilizing educational technology. Educators
demonstrated greater confidence in designing interactive digital learning
materials, implementing technology-based assessments, and integrating digital
platforms into classroom instruction. In addition, participants expressed positive
perceptions regarding the relevance, practicality, and sustainability of the training
program. The mentoring sessions also strengthened participants’ readiness to
adapt to technological developments in education and encouraged collaboration
among educators in developing innovative learning practices. This program
contributed to supporting the implementation of digital transformation in
education by equipping educators with essential digital competencies required in
the 21st-century learning environment. Continuous professional development and
institutional support are recommended to ensure the sustainability of technology
integration in educational practices and to maximize its impact on learning
quality.
