Digital transformation serves as a crucial instrument for enhancing the quality of public transportation service governance. This study aims to explore the digital transformation of transportation services at the Southeast Sulawesi Provincial Transportation Agency and to analyze the application of values such as trustworthiness, honesty, integrity, and nationalism. A qualitative approach with a case study design was employed. Data were gathered through interviews, observations, and documentation, and subsequently analyzed interactively via data condensation, presentation, and verification. The findings reveal four key stages: process digitalization, transparency, value internalization, and a focus on public orientation and nationalism. Integrating technology with ethical values strengthens traceability, public trust, and professionalism, while fostering transportation services that are fair, inclusive, and sustainable.
