The Purpose Of This Study Is To Determine The Principles Of Trustworthiness (Amanah) And Justice In Leadership From The Perspective Of Surah An-Nisa, Verses 58-59. This Is A Qualitative Study Employing A Library Research Method. The Primary Data Source For This Study Comprises Surah An-Nisa, Verses 58-59, Drawn From The Qur'an And The Tafsir Al-Jalalayn. The Results Of This Study Regarding Leadership Principles From An Islamic Perspective Demonstrate That Trustworthiness And Justice In Leadership Constitute An Inherent Human Nature (Fitrah) That Simultaneously Motivates Islamic Leadership. The Concept Of Trustworthiness Bestowed Upon Human Beings As Vicegerents (Khalifah) Of The World Holds A Central Position In Islamic Leadership. Therefore, Within This Dynamic, Both The Leaders (Umara) And The Led (Umat) Must Share Mutual Responsibility For The Mandates They Bear. Those Invested With Power Are Commanded To Exercise Their Authority To Govern Their People Justly. Leadership Must Be Grounded In Justice, Executed With Justice, And Uphold Justice To The Highest Degree. Ultimately, It Can Be Concluded That The Core Principles Of Leadership In Surah An-Nisa, Verse 58, Are Trustworthiness (Amanah) And Justice.
