The results show that negotiation is a communication process between two or more parties to reach mutual agreement, with collaborative and competitive strategies as main approaches. The typology of organizational change includes adaptive change, innovative change, and radically innovative change, and can be developmental, transitional, or transformational in nature. Meanwhile, organizational problems include inter-member conflict, ineffective communication, low team cooperation, resistance to change, and weak leadership. This study affirms that negotiation skills and good change management are highly needed by organizations to overcome problems and achieve goals effectively
