Conflict is an inevitable phenomenon in student organizations due to differences in opinions, interests, and perspectives among members. This study aims to analyze conflict management strategies in resolving conflicts among members of the Student Association of the Islamic Educational Management Study Program at Raden Fatah State Islamic University Palembang. The research employed a qualitative approach using a case study method through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings revealed that conflicts generally arose from differences in decision-making processes, lack of communication, unequal task distribution, and varying levels of member commitment. The conflict resolution strategies implemented included open communication, deliberation, mediation by organizational leaders, and collaborative approaches to achieve mutual agreement. The application of these strategies was proven to reduce tension, strengthen relationships among members, and improve organizational effectiveness. This study concludes that effective conflict management plays a crucial role in maintaining harmony and organizational sustainability, thereby enabling the organization to achieve its goals optimally
