Conflict is an inevitable phenomenon in human life, whether in social, educational, or organizational settings. Conflict arises due to differences in interests, values, goals, and perceptions among individuals or groups that interact with one another. Although often viewed as negative, conflict can also have positive effects if managed appropriately. This study aims to analyze the factors causing conflict, identify the parties involved, examine the resulting impacts, and explain effective ways to address conflict. The method used is library research, involving the review of various relevant books, journals, and scientific sources. The results of the study indicate that conflict is influenced by structural, cultural, and psychological factors, as well as internal and external organizational factors. The parties involved in conflict include individuals, groups, organizations, the government, and third parties acting as mediators. Conflict can have positive effects, such as increased creativity, innovation, and group solidarity, but it can also lead to negative consequences, including strained social relationships, decreased productivity, and material and non-material losses. Therefore, conflict must be managed through effective communication, negotiation, mediation, accommodation, and collaboration to produce constructive solutions. With proper management
