This study aimed to describe and evaluate the implementation of educational facilities and infrastructure at SDN 8 Talang Kelapa using the CIPP evaluation model (Context, Input, Process, and Product). This study employed a qualitative approach with an evaluative research design. Data collection techniques included interviews, observations, and documentation. The research informants consisted of the principal and teachers. Data analysis used the interactive analysis model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña, which included data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that in the context aspect, the condition of school facilities and infrastructure was generally adequate to support the learning process, although several facilities still required improvement and development, particularly technology-based learning facilities. In the input aspect, the planning and procurement process for facilities and infrastructure was conducted through school deliberations involving teachers and educational staff and was adjusted to the school’s needs and budget capabilities. In the process aspect, the management of facilities and infrastructure had been carried out through utilization, inventory recording, supervision, and regular maintenance, although there were still obstacles such as limited maintenance funds and several damaged facilities due to long-term use. In the product aspect, the implementation of educational facilities and infrastructure had a positive impact on the learning process, increased students’ learning motivation, and assisted teachers in conducting learning activities more effectively. Overall, the implementation of educational facilities and infrastructure at SDN 8 Talang Kelapa had been carried out quite well and contributed positively to improving the quality of educational services at the school.
